Formaia’s core workspace runs in your browser. This notice explains what stays local, what a wallet may reveal, and what you choose to export.
Local workspace data
Visual brief fields, asset-rights entries, AI-use boundaries, manifest drafts, and local points state are stored in local storage associated with this site in your browser. Formaia does not receive or host those records through a product backend.
No asset uploads
The workspace asks for descriptive labels only. It does not accept or upload images, reference files, contracts, or source materials. Do not paste secrets, private keys, passwords, confidential client data, or unnecessary personal information into text fields.
Deterministic processing
Completeness checks and SHA-256 hashing happen locally. No AI model evaluates your entries, and no result is presented as a legal conclusion. Copying or downloading a manifest is an action you initiate.
Wallet data
If you choose Connect Wallet, Formaia asks the wallet provider only for the selected public address and active chain ID. Public addresses and public-network activity may be linkable outside Formaia. Connection does not request a signature, approval, or transaction.
Points and optional transactions
Base points and demo upgrade state are stored locally. If a future deployment configures an optional payment, your wallet and the selected public network process the transaction. Public transaction data may include the sending address, recipient, amount, network fee, status, and transaction identifier. This release has no trusted recipient configured and sends no upgrade transaction.
Third parties and tracking
Formaia does not include advertising trackers, behavioral analytics, remote AI services, or social sharing integrations. Hosting infrastructure may process ordinary request metadata such as IP address, timestamp, path, user agent, and security signals to deliver and protect the site according to the host’s own terms.
Retention and control
Your browser controls local retention. You can replace the local draft from the workspace or clear site data through browser settings. A downloaded JSON file remains wherever you save it until you delete it. Formaia cannot recover a cleared local draft.
Security and contact
Use a trusted device and review wallet prompts carefully. Formaia will never ask for a seed phrase or private key. Because this release intentionally operates without an account system, there is no user profile or support identity record attached to a local manifest.
